Be Excellent To Each Other

I may have mentioned this before, but sometimes I imagine 2 characters played by the same person are actually the same character, and I imagine there is a story that links them. For example:

Angel to Booth (Angel becomes mortal, loses his memory and becomes a sniper, and then FBI agent)

Jonas Blaine to President David Palmer (Blaine eventually retires from the Unit, and changes his name for Security Reasons, he assumes the identity of a Decorated Colonel, and uses his war hero status to successfully run as a US Senator

Rose Tyler to Belle de Jour (Rose gets so frustrated at not travelling around in time and space with the Doctor, that she decides to find her adventures between the sheets, and becomes a high class call girl)

If I am feeling realy adventurous I might link 3 characters together in a single arc...

DI Jack Regan to Inspector Morse to James Kavanagh QC (After years as a hard arse Detective in the capital, and giving evidence in a case where he is forced into a new identity Regan decides to move to the more idylic surround of Oxford, he is now jaded, and resents his new life taking it out on his new partner Lewis, eventually his past catches up with him and he has to fake his death again, this time he's out of law enforcement for good, but he can still play a part in the justice system defending the innocent, and occasionally prosecuting the guilty.


These are just some I've come up with, and are only outlines, it's something I normally do when struggling with insomnia, or on the bus, or whatever. Anyone else do this? And no, I don't have any with starlings or snails in them...

Shutter Island/Inception.

Man decides lobotomy over being in sound mind, and it causes him to have this dream where he is an inceptor.

Warrant Officer harpoons an alien into space and then finds a copy of Zool in her fridge.

Is that right?

Famous writer makes a load of money but discovers he has cancer. Distraught, he cyro-freezes himself but a computer error doesn't wake him up. The facility is raided during a war and all the people in it are unfrozen and recruited to fight for the Independents.

God finds himself in prison with an F-14 navigator, they become friends.

I have no idea what most of these are.

Hot Shot fighter pilot makes a living playing pool, opens a bar, looks after his retarded older brother, loses legs in 'Nam, turns to Race driving, has a bizzare irish fantasy, takes up Military Law (which leads to maifia law), becomes a 200 year old vampire (gets better), runs a crew for IMF, tries Sports agenting, goes to orgies, runs a motivational infomercial, goes back to IMF, is cryogenically frozen, deals with psychic crime fighters, plays Austion Powers, travels back to old time Japan, tries hitmanning, saves his kids from an alien invasion, goes back to IMF AGAIN, [INDENDENT FILM], becomes a movie producer (and Jewish), tries to murder Hitler and rides a motorbike with Cameron Diaz.

Suzanne Ross leaves Grange Hill School when they bugger up her option of Media Studies O Level. Changes her name to Michelle, whereupon it's revealed that her mum is Miss Brahms of Grace Brothers. Suzanne's older brother is hounded into suicide by tabloid journalists, but she covers this up by enlisting her old schoolfriend Tucker Jenkins to pose as him, even though he looks and sounds different.

Unfortunately, Tucker has HIV. When it looks like this is about to progress to full-blown Aids, he leaves home to become a policeman (working for his Aunt Kath's sister-in-law Irene, who is undercover and calling herself Gina) in another part of London. In order to cop off with Sgt Ackland, he pretends he's called Gabriel. Alas, this begins a series of lies, and when these start to unravel, he has no other option than to desert the force and go on the run. (On the plus side, the Aids fails to materialise, although he mysteriously begins to resemble a chimp.)

This prompts a change of career for Tucker, although his Frank Spencer On Ice tribute act meets with limited success. Meanwhile, he is still wanted by Sun Hill police, and Dave Quinnan, Eddie Santini, Don Beech, Frank Burnside, Jim Carver, DI Morell, Phil Hunter and even CPS lawyer Jonathan Fox have all at various times been sent undercover to Walford to try to find him, so far with no success.

Dracleur gets a job as an acter and acters in a film called The Lord of The Rings.
