of them.
Recently I fell asleep on the bus on the way to work, when I woke up, I thought I was on my way home and I had missed my stop, and panicked pressing the stop button several times, before realising where I was and calming down, and then I was dissapointed I still had to work through the day...
What are you biggest discombobulations?

I had something similar..
I was living with my parents at the time and every Sunday night they visited my nan. I normally stayed at home and this particular week, I was in my room and put a Twilight Zone DVD on. It was the episode where a guy turned up in a deserted town and thought he was the last person alive.
Anyway, I fell asleep while watching this and woke up in a deserted house because my parents had gone out. I was truly like the Twilight Zone guy and it creeped me out big time before I realised what was going on!

I once had a sneaky nap at lunch time at work in a dark control room. The nap turned into a proper deep sleep and I only woke up when a door slammed in a nearby corridor.
I was utterly convinced I was asleep at home and someone was breaking into the house. I was halfway to the door before I realised where I was. I wonder what would've happened if I'd made it to the door.

I was pet-sitting for my parents a year and a half ago, and I woke up in the middle of the night in my childhood bedroom with no idea where I was. The electricity had gone out and my parents live in what can only be described as a Terrifying Forest of Doom and Terror. No other houses for miles, no cell phone reception, and -- without power/phone -- no connection to the outside world. It was so dark, I couldn't see my hand in front of my face when I first woke up. Their dog was hiding out of sight (presumably from the storm that had knocked the power out), so even that wasn't triggering a sense of familiarity.
I lived there for eighteen years but still spent half an hour lurching around in a state of horror with no realization of where I was or how I got there.
Weirdest experience I've ever had.

Heh, just fell asleep on the bus and nearly slid off the seat. That would've been embarrassing
