:D

I have a set of magnetic old-school weather symbols and a map.

I will come and perform the weather at each of your houses if you make sure you have a fridge surface ready for magnetage.

I like glueing magnets to my body.

I like how Metcheck bombards you with information, but they seem a bit optimistic about the wind and that's mostly what I need a forecast for.

Hahahaha. You could glue loads to yourself & then use buses as a giant velcro walls. Might be a good idea to wear clothes though.

Change shouldn't involve some cunt standing in front of the part of the map I want to see because they think they are more important than the fucking weather.

Wendy Hurrell is always more important than the weather. I'll be happy for her to block out se London in every forecast if she presents them all.

I don't see how wanting the BBC to do their fucking job properly has anything to do with being grumpy. Perhaps we should have the TV news presenters standing in front of the news footage obscuring part of what is going on? Perhaps your favourite drama could be improved by having an in-vision continuity announcer on screen at all times?

You seem to be in favour of change for change sake, even if it is to the detriment of the information being presented. The weather charts should be about clarity and the new style charts do work well on the BBC website. I don't think they work well on-screen when being zoomed around like a computer game while a slightly effeminate man prances around obscuring parts of the map that aren't London.

When the world is mine, my first decree will be to outlaw talking to people less than an hour after they've woken up.

No, oddly enough, having just got up on my day off, I don't want to talk about how the filing is going at work. Fuck off.

And people wonder why I hate all living things.

See, that works because she's not standing in the way of anything in her region. Although I don't like it when they present in front of those screens because it impacts the image quality (it always looks washed out). I know its so they can interact with the main presenters, but again it's an example of clarity and quality coming second.

I am tempted to start a thread to sell off my CD collection like Lewie did with his uber mega sale, but would people here still buy CDs if I were to make a massive list, or have we all moved on from physical media nowadays?

Depends on whether we will have to pay a supplement every time we want to listen to them.

I am guessing the answers were along the lines of:

Smoking a joint
shouting at birds through a megaphone
Scaring birds with a ninja smoking a spliff... ?

It was Jen and I on a team so she just kept shouting

BAT! BATS! BAT! What are you drawing? SKI SLOPE!

When the answer was revealed, I believe she advised me that I should have drawn someone picking up a wee stone and then throwing it. I reminded her that we only had 90 seconds and I'm not really well known for my art skills.

Hmm. I think that I had brushed my teeth because I wanted to move from Sol to Guinness and thought that it would taste funny if I didn't brush my teeth, but I only put the tap on a wee bit and was confused about why I got toothpaste all over my face.

Yes, I can well believe that while drunk you phrased it so eloquently, oh yes, yes I can! :DD

Also, TBF to Jen, a stone at all might have been useful, although "skislope"???

I don't think I made it easy for her to be fair. If I remember correctly I started by drawing the crow smoking a joint, then drew the crow that looks like a bat, then decided to draw someone smoking a joint. So instead of drawing a person then a joint, I drew a huge joint, then some lips next to it, then drew the person around that. She thought the joint was a ski slope, then thought the lips and person were more bats which is why the person has such long hair.
