How has your week been? Anyone played the PC game, always meant to - I've got a boxed copy of Ubik
that I've never played (PK dick story)

I have never played it, dosbox was too hard.

Thats what I think too, and I paid something like £8 on ebay for my uninstalled "Ubik" that I was so excited about in 2006.

One thing about that story, no matter how crap your life is and how shit your job is, you know it could be worse. :nerd:

I saw it in the Amiga mags at the time but never bothered, but couldn't get it. Then when I had a PC + pirating knowlede I could never be bothered.

The story is indeed splendid.

Anyone interested in Harlan Ellison must see 'Dreams with Sharp Teeth' a documentary on his career, very funny, unfortunately it doesn't go into much detail of him causing the comptroller of a major publishing house to have a heart attack...or how an east European hitman was involved.
