Yes! Played it once. I'm up for some reckless (virtual) driving - during the week suits me better than the weekends.

Started tidying my room at some point last night. Now it's 5am. In my defence, I had a break for an hour or two to eat and watch Due South. But still.

Tidying small spaces is a nightmare - there's nowhere to put it while you organise it.

Even after years of moving house, mercilessly discarding the useless each time, I have so much crap. Christ knows how many times I've dragged a sack of books across some town centre in the middle of the night.

This time I'm not just quietly leaving the acre of cack my sister has bought for me over the years behind - I'm putting it all in a bloody great sack and chucking it off something tall. I'm almost tempted to think it's some bizarre ploy to make it harder for me to leave again.

Does anyone here like Ian Rankin? I have a few of his detective Scotchland McHamish books knocking about, which for some reason are shrink-wrapped. Also a couple of suits I don't think I've ever actually worn. Also some James Joyce physical manifestations of unbearably pretentious tedium, which look a lot like books. Proper inventory to come when I'm done, obv.

She fucking did it again this evening. Banged on door, asked her to move it. She didn't look happy.

Normally I wouldn't get so annoyed, but twice yesterday, and once again today has got my goat somewhat. I'm baking a huge Bounty bar right now.

Tell her that next time you're calling the police about the illegal obstruction (assuming you have a dropped kerb).

Tempting though that is, I'm going to just ask them to move the car when they do it. I don't particularly want to inflame the situation, as cats and cars aside, I quite like the neighbours. Also, the amount of time it takes me knock on the door is minimal compared to the hassle of the car being moved.

Gee that sounds swell! Don't forget to make the most of the USAs mouth watering treats while you're there. Gaywood says you can't beat a good twink bar.

Can you get me an iPad 4 plz

This happened to me once. It didn't happen again after I rammed the offending vehicle out of the way and introduced the owner to a punch in the face.

Pretty horrendous bomb attack in Uganda reported on the BBC

What got me though was the pointless and tasteless paragraph at the end;

Quote:
At the scenes of the two blasts chairs were overturned, and blood and pieces of flesh lay on the floor.

I'm surprised the Raoul Moat report doesn't contain "The bushes near where the stand off ended so dramatically have bits of brain all over them and a small duck was seen nibbling on some stringy stuff which might have been sinew".

@Malia Good for you! Keep on knocking the door and make the hassle their's. Hopefully they'll soon realise and stop parking in front of your drive.

It's a pain isn't it? There's some people that visit next door occassionally and they park over my drive... even though the rest of the road is empty! It's just down right not thought full is it? I'd never do it.. so why do they?

I once got asked to move my car because "it was in the space they like to use". The space is directly in front of my house. I literally exploded everywhere, it took days to clean up all the little bits of me that were all over the road.

Indeed!

In other Ikea news, my brother went shopping there at the weekend and, upon arriving home, realised he'd completely neglected to put the bookshelf into the car, leaving it propped up against a pole in the car park instead. What a tool.

So he rang Ikea up the next day to see if anybody had reported it and turned it in, but no luck. So he went back, to find it propped up exactly where he left it. Lucky sod.

Fucking Ikea. I am never setting place in that place again. Even if my retro gaming desk did come from there.

I need a new office desk. I am looking at the stuff Viking sell but it is uninspiring. I want one of those corner desk things. Money isn't a problem for the right desk (after all, it will last for years and years) but it must be able to be delivered on a specified day.

Suggest away chums. Or I'll just go to Viking.

And no, I went to Ikea and hated everything they had.

I just got to level 101 on The Creeps on my iPhone in Survival mode with a score of 1 million +. I'm not a phone gamer but I'm addicted to that game. Think I'm gonna have to delete it before it wastes more of my time.

It's a tower defence game, but really quite addictive on the survival mode. I picked it up for nowt a while back.
