It did say "24 hours" when I first posted it. Don't know if this is going to pan out, but I got three sets at that price last time they did the same thing.

The HMV website is one of the worst website I've ever had to use. It looks nice, but when it actually comes to making it work.. it's rubbish!

My subscriptions card man that we did the bulk order with has 2100 points for 15.00 or 4200 for 28.50. (£7.14 or £6.70 per 1000 points)

On the xbox dashboard it is:
Xbox LIVE 500 Microsoft Points bundle - £4.25
Xbox LIVE 1000 Microsoft Points bundle - £8.50
Xbox LIVE 2000 Microsoft Points bundle - £17.00
Xbox LIVE 5000 Microsoft Points bundle - £42.50

So £8.50 per 1000 points, however many you buy.

On how they ship them:

When I ordered 3 sets last time, I got threes separate DVD cases (plastix wrapped), with the plastic card inside. Each one of these was packaged in a separate jiffy bag, and had a separate receipt.

Would you perhaps like to have another look for me please and see if you can find any of my item? Perhaps some have fallen down the back of a shelf? If you can’t find all 3, then I would be OK if you just sent one out to me. That would be better than nothing.

Do you have access to the HMV website at work? I do and a quick search on there reveals that you do indeed stock Microsoft points cards. In fact, if I’d been willing to spend a little extra money then according to your site, you would have been able to ship a different kind of points card yesterday morning.

In closing, I am a little disappointed in the news from you. I can see that both you AND Conor are very proud of your database but if it isn’t capable of finding something you stock that I can find with a quick search, then it’s less than impressive.
