I've got a prominent mole that's in the place you might expect a third nipple to be (roughly central, at the base of my sturnum - slightly lower than my nipples, so they form an isoceles triangle). It's not a nipple, though.

I have the normal amount of two nipples and none of the people I have ever seen naked (of which there have been many ) have ever had an extra nipple.
