Court says "release the details".

Milliband says "We'll appeal".

News link to follow, if I have time.

It was the bloke that ended up in Gitmo and the alleged collusion of British Government agents in his alleged torture in Pakistan.

So, almost, yeah.

I'll edit the first post sometime tomorrow due to nfjdsnfjkdnfkjs

Heh. I'm picking up beer and fish and chips on the way home.

So, what's happened then? With Milliband and that, not beer.

Basically, we're waiting to see just exactly how the FOIA will have its teeth pulled this time.

I predict bits of paper with loads of bits blacked out, once again.

I wrote to my MP about Binyam Mohamed when he was in Guantanemo. This whole thing is terrible, everyone should be getting worked up about things like this rather than stories about the BBC protecting HD content or a game releasing DLC a few months after it comes out. Oh shit, have I just revealed that I'm secretly nearly as big a hippy as kalmar? :S :p

That wont help with the chilliness, just set them on fire.
