Not content with setting fire to two derelict offices, and an empty warehouse, the "Oohh Arr A" have stepped up their technology and discovered....

Spraypaint.

I love the fact that rather than give in to this sort of terrorism, the UK just mocks them.

No, I mean the nationalist/separatist sort of person who has this "we don't like you and your foreign law text books because you aren't from round here" attitude. Separatism basically seems to be rooted in a hatred of The Other. Classic racism.
