So the back lawns are going to be full of people this weekend all camping. I'm checking the various weather forecasts to see what it's likely to be like.

Apparently it's likely to be like everything, take your pick.

Why do we even have forecasts? Plenty sunny now though, hopefully it will remain so.

Last week we were going off camping , the forecast showed lots of rain for every day we were away at the specific place we were (so this wasnt just a general 'area' forecase) , what acually happened was a little bit of rain first thing in the morning for one day and clear blue skies / sunshine the rest of the time :-)

I cant believe that the forcasts can be so rubbish on a continued basis

No idea what the weather's been like since I got to work. The bit of wall I can see through the window looks a bit damp though.

Work for me tomorrow, I am angry and resentful. At least my fave local band Silence at Sea are playing Cardiff at ten in the evening on Sunday. Shame it may be their last ever. Blub. :'(

Have fun you lot! Grrr.

More like you pair as far as BeeX goes for this one, unless Gaywood/Meaty are about to suddenly and without precedent address the issue. Dom and I shall certainly be 'having' it 'large' so direct your jealousy our way by all means :)

I haven't said I'm not coming! I am watching the weather and pondering what I'm doing about the dogs. See, my dogs can be right obnoxious twats, of weekend-ruining proportions. So I'm dubious about coming over to camp and bring them and get pissed. But I am going to come over to at least wish you happy housewaming. Was going to ring you tomorrow to find out the plans.

Its been dry here all day. But the climate camp twitter earlier kept banging on about downpours that have happened on the heath. I'm confused.

Tidy. I'm not sure any other beasties will be about, save for one or two perhaps maybe dropping in for an hour or so. Dogwise there's always a stable to stick 'em in if they get lairy. Basdically any time is good other than between one and three I'm glued to the net for the Forest-Derby match.

The weather forecasts have been shockingly unreliable the last couple of years. Fuck, they can't even get the "what the weather is right now" bit right more than two times out of ten.
