So one of the cool things I've seen people do with twitter is have it so their web site/blog displays a bunch of their recent twits.

I'd quite like to do this on SavyGamer, however, I also have used twitterfeed to do a twit for all my blog posts.

Is there any way I can do the twitter on my blog thing, but have it filter out any twits that contain the word "SavyGamer"?

I would recommend you separate your personal tweets from your SavvyGamer ones. Like separate accounts.

I'm not having two twitter accounts. Also, some people like having both together, and a large proportion of my twits are in the fringe between personal and savy

I must admit, your savygamer tweets are why I don't follow you. Another vote for "two accounts" here.

Do you have an iPhone Lewie? The Twitter client I use allows multiple accounts and it's literally a case of touching the name I want to use.

Nope, not got an iPhone.

I'll give some more thought to getting two accounts, but if anyone can think of something that does this in the meantime, that'd be lovely.

Most decent Twitter clients have multiple account support.

I don't know of any easy way to do what you want. It'd be trivial to write something though.

This, basically, no offence. Having the same stuff on Twitter, RSS and the Bargains thread is too much. Separate account vote here.

Yeah, separate accounts is good way to go. But I think it's possible to filter the tweets displayed in a blog (at least with some WordPress plugins), but I haven't gone around it.. it's usually better to keep blog relatively uncluttered, but I guess that's a personal preference
