I missed a GC controller, so 187.

A measly 107. The wheel and pedals are way bulkier than their score suggests though, certainly more than two guitars or four controllers.

Maybe. But we didn't just go on 'bulk'.

Specialism plays a part. Wheel and pedals at least work on more than half a dozen games.

Well if you were doing "uselessness" as well, I've got 1 million times more use out of my 3 controllers and 2 guitars for my xbox than the wheel. Which I've used once.

Do wireless guitars/drums count twice, once as "any wireless controller" and again in their own right, or just the once?

Yeah, but that's only true for you. Whilst this is clearly highly subjective, we do need to agree on a set of points values, so we can't be that subjective.

Just once. The "wireless controller" bit is supposed to be for any traditional pad or a Wiimote.

I also think you should only be adding up stuff plugged in or to-hand in your living room or games room right now. Otherwise we'll all be adding up tons of Dreamcast stuff stored in boxes in the attics.

Well there's a specific section for "AV cables not plugged in."

Does my keyboard actually count, anyway - it's an old Mac Pro USB keyboard that happens to be plugged into the 360, nothing very console-y about it?

Yeah, I have a number of them hanging around my living room. Mostly from when I take a console to someone else's house.

Is it cluttering your living room? I'm going to go with "yes".

I counted my classic pad as a wii controller shell. We forgot nunchucks. Not sure what to do about those.

Nunchuks and Classic I'm counting as wired now. So add 15 to mine.

ADJUDICATION DECISION
The classic controller and the nunchucks count as "wireless" controllers, so are 4 points.

The penalty on wired controllers isn't because of the existence of a wire, but because of the clutter of a wire stretching across the room. These controllers do not suffer from that. If you need a score updating, post.

Of course, I could complain about the wired keyboard charge, given that that's also mainly used for the PC, which is an integral part of the setup in itself (It's the TV stand)

There's those ridiculously expensive "real" fake guitars too, don't forget. Plus the extra drum pedal for GH:MetulLicker.

I make it 62. If I could find the other part of my PS2 media remote I'd have another two points but I haven't seen it since they stopped making Dads Army.

Edit - I lied. 78.

They'd be 10 or so, but I'm pretty sure no-one owns them anyway (or indeed the Ions, which I only put in for yucks).

I got 212 points but I think I should get more because I've got a Steel Battalion controller which takes up a hell of a lot of room!

What about light guns too? I've got at least 3 of those in this room alone!

How many points do I get for an extra set of Rock Band drum pads that are a little bit broken but do still work and are not in use?
