I visualised this as a starting with a massive loaf about 12 ft on end and whittling away all the bits that don't look like Anthony Gormley with a chainsaw and possibly a surform or extra long wickedly serrated breadknives glinting in the low sun and so on. So it's a bit disappointing really.
