Yes. STILL. I WANT MY FUCKING CYMBALS. At this rate they'll skip the RB2 hardware and (hopefully!) give us the Beatles hardware.

Are they still not out? Christ. I've had RB2 for six months or so now!

How very rubbish! I'm not that desperate for them really as I've been playing the game just fine with the GH:WT drums, would just be nice to be able to play the game with the drums that it was specifically designed for.

Nope. I'm really glad I went with the WT set now. Plus it'll map with GH:M better.

I have no complaints whatsoever about my GH:WT hardware. I'm just shocked that the RB2 stuff still isn't out, even though I wasn't going to buy it anyway.

Also: Chrome, stop underlining all my common contractions as mis-spelled words, you fucking imbecile.

Yeah, that's pretty much the conclusion I'd come to when I was looking around last weekend. Climbing the north face of MOUNT ROCK last Bank Holiday Monday seems to have more-or-less finished off our drumkit so I'm sort've leaning towards waiting till September and getting the Beatles kit even though I'm not that interested in the game.

Ringo's kit will only have two drums and a hi hat on it, though.

Actually I think it just comes with a drum machine that's RAM-limited to no more than 8 notes per bar in 4/4.

I presume a Guitar Hero: Metallica kit would have mechanical covers to block your drum pads on any sort of off-beat note?

And a big boxing gloves full of horseshoes that comes out and punches you in the face if you try to download any more of their songs.

Insane or TOCA Race Driver 3 for $5 and Flatout for $3 on gog.com

If you're pondering TOCA get it now, they lose the licence to sell it on the 29th.

Interesting - why is their licence to TOCA not being renewed? Seems like an odd decision from Codemasters, it's not like the game is for sale anywhere else.

This is easily in the top 5 for games I played last year. It is brilliant. Massively, massively polished (far more than any 1200 pointer) and wonderful.

Please, please, please give it a go.

It is acebest,

Rock Band (Solus) 360 - £17 ASDA

Had it for PS3 too.

Some bargains in Blockies the other day, again I don't know how widespread these offers are but all their used copies of GoW2 were a tenner, loads of other stuff in the 2 for 20 as well.

Don't suppose anybody's found Guitar Hero: Metallica for less than £37 have they? If not, I'll either wait or pick it up in a shop.

I've got enough to buy 8 or 9 copies of it on Goozex, but I can't see anybody putting it in their offers any time soon. Goozex isn't really good for brand new games, but it's not designed to be.

Gamestation are doing 3 DS games + £1 for Pokemon Platinum. Good deal for dealers like me but perhaps not quite so much for anyone else.

Some good 360 deals at the hut today.

In particular,

DMC4 for £9.73
NHL2k9 for £6.73
Darkness for £4.73
Alone in the Dark for £4.73
And for the two people that haven't bought it yet, Fallout 3 is £17.73 on there.

AitD is worth a fiver if you have a high tolerance threshold (people who gnashed their teeth at Dead Rising need not apply). The Darkness I found a bit poo, tbh.

Compared to the amount of gaming I do, I have far to many games. 100+ 360 games, easily.
