Bobby, It's people that presumably don't speak/understand much english being 'tricked' into saying dirtyish things.

It's not as funny as the London airport announcements thing, not even close.

this is from a TV show called "MaximTV" from 5 years ago or something. Before each feature, this guy did all sorts of crazy nonsense stuff on the street related to the feature. Most of the features were about either cars or woman anyway.

One of my favorite is him stalking old people and whispering "do you want 21 grams??" , "of what?" they replied, "21 grams of Naomi Watts". Which then resorted to the old people being offended and start yelling "i don't want anything of that shit!!" thinking it was drugs.

Another favorite is when is signals buses to stop and then asks the driver to perform a (the thing when you pull the handbrake and the car rotates) so he can film it.
