All indications are "no" and "no", but hey, you get a camera with it!

I've heard it's not a patch on the Playstation EyeToy. Have a read of the Eurogamer review.

Read the Eurogamer review... it's apparently even worse than Totemball.

To be fair, there are a few things worse than Totemball. Undertow, for starters.

What, award winning game of excellence Totemball? Surely it's good because a lot of people liked it?

We were given it as a Christmas present and I have to agree that it doesn't really wotk properly because it seems to either include part of the background in your cutout so it's you plus half the couch protruding out your leg,or it doesn't get all of you in the cutout so you are just a floating torso.
These problems can probably be dealt with by dressing in black and standing in front of a White wall or something but who does that.

In saying that however, we did have fun with it and used it during a party as well which was quite amusing. The movies are quite funny too and it does generally work despite the cutout problems.

Basically,if you can get it cheap it's quite entertaining and gets people who wouldn't usually play getting involved and laughing, just don't spend £40 on it.

I've got the first bit of that mastered.

At least it's £15 at Gameplay at the mo (dunno if that's why Grim started the thread)

Ok well decide this way- £15 would rent you a couple of movies or get you a couple of hours in the pub or something, so basically doing other activities you would be kept entertained for about 2 hours.

If you think that you can get someone to play this game with you for a laugh for a couple of hours, it's an alright deal plus you can goozex it or something if you don't like it.

Otherwise, give it a miss and go to the pub (or Nandos, thats always an awesome idea.)

Go to Nando's, and then the pub, to guzzle drink to get the burny burny spice out of your mouth.

Last time I was in Nandos I saw someone shake up a bottle of tomatoe sauce without securing the lid first.. It ended up on about 80% of the people in the restaurant.

Anyway, You're in the movies IS rubbish but a snip to get a camera for £15. I can only echo what everyone else has said about the way it catches most of the background in it as mine does this too.

Uno and lots of the card games. You can use the camera to make characters with your face in Tiger Woods and Rainbow Six Vegas, too.

That's a point - you can do that in PES too. I might pick up a camera myself. Or Animal Crossing. Decisions, decisions...

You can use the camera on pinball FX to operate the flippers but I wouldn't recommend this as it makes the game impossible.

what's wrong with Nando's? The first i found one Nando's restaurant it had a laugh at the name, and the logo. I should have gone there but it was a bit expensive.

It's like Pizza Express, but for chicken, and a bit cheaper, and a bit nastier.

I've never been to Nando's. Every single time I've walked past, regardless of when in the week, it's been packed with people who look slightly scummy, with a queue of more waiting to be seated stretching outside.

After i've seen the name and the logo i was expecting some portuguese traditional food. I was very disappointed by looking at the menu. Cheap? I remember the each plate being something like 10£. And superbock beer for 4£.

Anyway, when i saw the first i thought that it was a single restaurant that i even took some pictures of it (Nando's sounds really funny). Then i saw another in every other street.

The Pizza Express in Canterbury was surprisingly nice last time I went, especially the desserts. This was about a year ago. Before that, about five and a half years ago, it was a bit shit.

I love nandos. I resisted for ages because it seemed like the sort of thing I would hate especially since it's a chain, but the missus made me go and now I'm obsessed. I think she's letting me go on Saturday. This pleases me. Where else am I allowed to get half a chicken and cover in spicy sauce? It's wonderful!!

I don't think I'll bother, then, even for 15 quid. I had the eyetoy for PS2 and got bored of that pretty quickly in the end.

Hello.

I have this. And round at my place it, briefly, dethroned Rock Band as the multiplayer game of choice. It all comes down to the room you use it in really. If you can have (say) a white blank wall behind you as you play, and you're in a nice light area - it works really rather well. Alternatively, nip down to the supermarket and buy a king size sheet the same colour as your wall for around £4 and throw that over your sofa / bookcase / group of friends, to disguise them.
The games are absurdly simple (Run in place! Punt a ball! Duck! - that's three different games by the way) and with four players - which is really the only way to play it, unless you're prepared to don masks etc for the missing "actors"*, and 30+ minutes play filters down to around 2mins of movie trailer. But ... With a group of close friends (also booze) it's remarkable fun. Your movies can also be downloaded to your PC and saved as WMV files for added amusement should you so desire. For the prices it's going for, worth your consideration.

* An amusing diversion.
