As MrsC is getting camera happy as we have Kov Junior, I was wondering if any of you guys use one of the little photo printers?

If you do which one and why?
If not what do you use?

Thanks

Kov

Not.
I have a Canon IP-something, which can do pretty good photos, has a special tray for the standard photo sizes.
However, it's cheaper and better to use one of the photo printing services. Upload them by FTP, get them within 2 days.

Photobox or suchlike.

It's cheaper to take the memory card into a store, too.

Inkjet prints tend to look a bit crappy and can fade if left in the sun.

I use foto.com it's quick, cheap and you can pay with paypal :)

:this:

Lots of supermarkets have those little kiosks as you walk in and charge a few pence for a picture rather than you having an expensive fancy printer that you need to keep stocked with special paper and ink that dries out cause you havent used it often enough.

It's still rather expensive in Asda though.

I don't suppose you're with Virgin Media for your broadband, are you? Because you can get free photo prints:

http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/br ... ackup.html

(25/month on 10MB broadband, 50/month on 20MB, 100/month on 50MB)

Haven't used them yet I'll definitely be giving them a go at some point.
