Anyone knows if its possible to put Copy/Paste-Values as default? I can't seem to find any answers by googling

yes, i could. But the last time i messed with macros was 10 years ago in the university and today i have no time. Another thing to remember doing when i don't have much to do.

It's peasy. Copy something, whack 'record macro', paste special -> values, whack 'stop recording' and bind the marco to CTRL+V.

Or, if you want a button, just right-click on the standard toolbar , then go Customize | Commands | Edit and drag "paste values" to wherever you want.
