The ALL NEW Street Fighter 4 Tournament

Here is the NEW home of the Street Fighter 4 tournament.

How it'll work?

We'll have a simple brackets type system where if you lose a simple best of 3 match, you're knocked out of the tournament! Think of it as a King of the Ring style affair!

When can I play my matches?

The quicker we can shoot through this the better.

You can see the brackets below so team up, fight your opponent and then post the results in this thread! I'll update the brackets as and when I can (which will be most evenings) but most of all... Good luck!

On the positive side i just got the achievement for 500 online games , and i played someone who must be something to do with the game - tag "The assasin 5" , whereas the best player before i had saw on the system had a bp of about 3500 , "the assasin 5" had 34995 , so ten times better

I got almost whitewashed in one round and knocked him to about 20% of his health in the other.

again sorry for the lag craig. maybe if I connect my xbox directly to my computer(instead of being connected to my router) we'd have a better connection. mybe we should do a rematch with better connection?... on another note, what do you guys think of making the rounds longer? i feel that best out of 3 is a little too short; best out of 5 would be good.

Best of three is perfectly fine I think. There's nothing to stop players hanging around afterwards for a few more friendlies.

Since this tournament will be short (especially for me, arf) there's nothing to stop us having a different one right after it with different rules. I'd be more than happy to organise one.

Great, close game. I'd been playing with Blanka loads before this match and then chose Zangief! Big mistake.. I need more practice.

I won 2-1, my Ryu against Mark's Zangeif. Don't think it could've been any closer, all 3 rounds could've gone either way.
