Games I can play on a 360 vith my screen sideways

Been playing ikaruga in tate mode today, it is gorgeous, any suggestions for other good 360/XBLA/CG games that use tate aspect ratio?

I have a 1280x1024 monitor that turns 90 degrees.

Triggerheart Exelica does that.

You want MAME and some shmups, really. Dodonpachi is sublime in TATE mode.

There are plenty of shmups on the 360 that use Tate mode - trouble is, almost all of them are Japan only. So if you really want to make use of that lovely monitor, splashing out for a Japanese 360 is just about your only option. The only shmup getting a western release at the moment is Raiden Fighters Aces, which is hopefully out over here next month.

Indeed it does.

It isn't very good though. So buyer beware.

(Omega 5 is widescreen (horizontally though) and is the best shmup on XBLA.)

If I set up a Japanese live account, I can get Japanese demos right?

You can certainly get the Raiden Fighters Aces demo, yes. Unfortunately I think that's the only shmup that actually has a demo.
