Not sure if you get the middle name on-screen. It's in one of the books, though.
You get the surname, because then Burke says 'married name, I guess'.

I just got 39 points in that MetaQuiz, although the planet in Alien3 is Fury 161 not Fury 101, and technically speaking the dropship isn't called the Bugstomper, it's called the Cheyenne (UL-51 is it's designation I think, based on my memory of the Technical Manual). It's the Marine Company that are called the Bugstompers.
