Be Excellent To Each Other

So... was in yorkshire with the missus from friday to tuesday visiting my bro and his missus. A fair bit happened.

Firstly, Boro beat Liverpool. Stunning.

On sunday, I got a new phone. The Nokia 5800 with unlimited data on t-mobile. It's great. I loves it. The deal also came with a free PSP and 4 games. My bro got the same deal so were left in Meadowhall with 2 PSPs and 8 games that we didn't want. TO GAMESTATION! all combined we got £140 of store credit with which we got a 60gb xbox hdd and 12 months gold membership for my brother and £50 of nice shiny store credit for my spending pleasure.

We returned to bro's house and I managed to use Internet Connection Sharing, his laptop and 3G dongle and a long CAT-5e cable to get him onto xbox live. His 3gb a month download limit may be restrictive in the long run but it works for now

Monday. The 4 of us have a big brekkie, get dolled up and head into Sheffield. The whole point of this exercise was to see THE KILLERS IN CONCERT. Naturally, this was preceded by large drinks and a hearty meal. The concert was excellent and very warm.

'Fraid so. The PSPs were brand new, but original shape (Phat, I believe they're called) and the games came out at £3 each.

Ouch.

Should have pimped those PSP & Games on here. Still, instacash is nice.

The annoying thing is, the PSPs were brand new, boxed and sealed and so were the games. But because we techinically 'owned' them for the 10 minutes walk between Carphone Warehouse and Gamestation they were 'preowned'. I bet the buggers sell them as new.

Still. Bro's now on Live and I get 2, maybe 3 games. RESULT!

It sucks, but you probably would have got that much from eBay minus FEEZ if you sold them there. (Two fats, eight games?)

I'd have probably had one depending on the firmware.
