Halo 3. Now there's a game I'm gutted we don't play anymore.

It's slow, laggy and stupid.

Other than that I agree, purely for the joy that is the Spartan Laser.

I liked it best when all we ever played was Forza, before Halo 3 came along and ruined everything.

Even I would say, "buy L4D before UT3." Probably. You should still get UT3 too though. It's aces.

I would be up for UT3 action if it were either deathmatch hi-jinks or against real people.

Playing against each other is quite fun, but not if we're doing 4 humans against me and three imbecilic bots who couldn't capture a flag if it fell into their hands a yard from our own flag.

I certainly had more fun shooting my friends than shooting bots. And jumping off an insanely tall tower with the flag whilst Bobby wonders where the hell it is...

Yeah. Playing against bots in UT3 just leaves me colder than Z's vagina.

Halo has some fun silly modes.

Halo is slow, but there's nothing wrong with slow shooters as long as they're fun. I can't remember laughing so much as when we were playing the mode with the buggies.

I hover over my 360 with about five games in my hand, waiting to see which one you end up playing. If that happens to be in the drive, I whip it out pronto.

First thing we do when booting up is look to see who's online. If you're on, we play UT3.

That 'Friends Playing This Game' that pops up when you play a 360 game seems pretty pointless as when you press the Xbox button (or whatever it's called), it just shows you your friends list anyway - you'd think it'd perhaps just show those playing that game. Yesterday it helpfully let me know that someone else was playing Hexic.

What?! Why?! It's a downloadable movie tie-in game to a movie adapted from a near-unfilmable book, which features hardly any action scenes, just to make it even less viable as a game concept.
