*breathes, calms*

Yes, a game. I've literally just found out about it. 360, PC, PS3 game by EA made by the chaps who made Star Wars Battlefront. Battlefront with Orcs?! Now you're talking. I literally cannot wait.

edit: Kotaku thing about something or other

Ooh. Intriguing. My current computer won't run it, but when it comes out eventually hopefully I will have one to. I've heard it's going to have the Scouring of the Shire. Might be a bit creepy that, mind.

Anyway, 'till then I'll continue with Lord of the Rings:Online. Can't wait for Mines of Moria expansion, coming out in a few months me. :DD

So is this like CoD4 but with like faries and stuff?

Because i could be into that. Though on that kotaku link they kept mentioning "mages." And the geek in me remembers that their were only 12 or so. And they never even cast a fireball. Hmmm.

Still pretty exciting.

I wonder if there will be a skateboard on a shield perk.

I am not impressed with the demo for this. I am quite upset at the demo for this, actually.

Ah griefing, that's when you ruin someone else's enjoyment of a game, isn't it? Like going into someone's AC town and cutting down all the trees, yes?

I share this viewpoint. In fact based on the demo I'd say it was an insult to the source material. a big insult.

So why it is bad:

Controls, animation, AI (particularly friendly), hud, and sound are all pretty terrible, and definitely don't feel like LOTR at all.
There was invisible walls.
Going in water kills you, just like, normal water.
It is ugly as hell.
Enemies pop up from no where when you turn your back.

I wouldn't, as it happens.

And I don't have A Kingdom for Keflings.

I'm quite saddened that people think I would go and cut down trees in AC, or do whatever in KfK. As I wouldn't.
