So I had a RAID setup. Which went a bit wrong today so I've had to re-install windows again. However I've got a bit of a problem. It seems there's still some left over RAID partitioning situation going off. When I had my RAID setup I had a 100 and 400GB. The 100GB seems to have persisted and works but the computer thinks there's 300 odd GB of wrongness still there as well as the other 250GB hard disk. It can't do anything with the 300 GB bit. Can't delete it, can't format it.
Any ideas of what to do with it?

This morning the full raid setup appeared again but all data had vanished. Good job I'd got a backup this time. I'm getting rid of the whole RAID idea now. Too much like hard work. It's all Grim..'s fault.

Motherboard (or any partially-software) RAID == evil. I think I said this way back when.

I should have paid attention to you then and not Grim.. he was clearly on a mission to destroy.
