Yeurch. Stupid open-air Cardiff Central! I hope you brought a book, sir. I feel shame however that while you were freezing your arse off, I was enjoying beerage with bright-young-thing colleagues (including impossibly foxy Zooey Deschanel look-alike lass) in Prince of Wales.

Just realised that this post will not make you feel one iota better. Sorry.

Fair enough. Most if not merely all of my posts on anything serious and forum related, past or present, are carthartic splurges not meant to be picked up and discussed, so I can see your angle there. Have to admit I'm baffled by the bickering, but since I find all of you pretty interesting and very funny I'm not going anywhere, you're all too splendid. All of you.

Except Bafflore the invisible poster who only I can read. He's a jerk.

I don't know if anyone remembers my moaning about my trip to Cardiff being ruined by a bag thief a few weeks ago, but check this out:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7730020.stm

The "young woman" referred to is, of course, my friend Marie. Fucking awesome, but it must have been a slow day at BBC News, eh? :p

Very. He'd have been fine if he'd have just enjoyed the other contents of the bag (a digital camera being among the most expensive items), and surely he must have considered that someone would report the theft?

Of course, we did have the best policeman ever helping us out. He could never have suspected that. :)

No pictures, therefore it never happened.

Of course, I then headed to FFMC on the off-chance that other people I know might be there. They weren't, but two girls I've known since secondary school were so we had a fun 'catch-up' session.

A laundry question:

Today will be very cold, but dry. Is it worth putting the washing out on the line, or will this just result in frozen underwear?

Shin's signature reminded me of something.

Once, when I was at university, I was sitting on the bed with a friend, reading magazines and drinking wine like girls have a tendancy to do, when there was something in one of the magazines about stupid, funny 'sexy' gifts for christmas or Valentines day, or whatever it was, one of the sugestions being 'edible knickers'.

My friend asked 'edible? What can they be made of, though'? And for some reason I instantly replied with 'ham'.

I am so cold that my feet and my hands have gone really blue, and I am shivering so bad :'(

I have had some soup, put on ALL of my jumpers and put the radiator on and I am still cold, so I am going to get into bed. I feel a poorly sparrow this evening :(

Here's a question. You win all the prizes on Bully's Prize Board, you are obviously shit hot at darts. Would you gamble?

But the irony is that that they were obviously good players to get all the prizes, and the non darts player (who always throws first on the final game) scored well (61). The darts player tried to go for glory by hitting triple 20 to look clever and missed 3 times in a row.

He needed 40, something that most people could manage with ease blindfolded.
