When installing files on my new setup, I'm having trouble when it comes to small files. Such as Audacity's .mo files for effects, for example.

Windows keeps telling me the file can't be moved as it is already in use, but if I retry it can usually do it.

Is it anything to do with my drives being RAIDed or just a shit copy of Windows?
