Welcome to the fit club. Use the formatting below to log your highly active activity this week. All welcome.

STG: Get rid of this fucking cold
LTG: Get back to the gym more consistently

Monday: Sat
Tuesday: on
Wednesday: my
Thursday: lazy
Friday: arse
Saturday: Went to the gym, decent, hard session.
Sunday: Was intending to go for a 10k run, but a cold appeared overnight and I am now a corpse on the sofa. I blame it on the fucking bitch with a cold who cut my hair on friday, and spent the entire time coughing into her hands before running her fingers through my hair. Afterwards I insisted on having my hair washed again, but this measure was scuppered by the fact that she then dried it while running her fingers through my hair.

Feel sufficiently shit that I can foresee not being at work tomorrow. Bah, etc.

Mon-Fri: Cycled 60 miles
Sat: Drank lots of beer and ate all-you-can-eat Chinese.
Sun: Drank more beer.

I've put on 2lbs in the last week. :(

STG: Get back into training properly, mixing up my sessions
LTG: Beat myself (in times)

Monday: Hmm
Tuesday: Cycled 30 miles, ran 6k after the second 15
Wednesday: Ran 6-7 miles, pushed by club mates
Thursday: Cycled 30 miles
Friday: Jogged 4k
Saturday: Ran 5k - 20:11, pretty pleased
Sunday: Big fat lunch. Does 20 mins Wii fit help? Time will tell

LTG to get my level of fitness up, so I can run arround more on the pitch

STG: Get in to a fitness routine.
LTG: Lose a stone

Achievements:
Figured out a hour routine in Wii Fit. (Warm up of some games, hula-hoop, step, boxing, free-step for 20-30 min, then cool down with some games)
Took control of the shopping and didn't buy as much crap. (Garlic Bread. Bah, don't need that)
Measured out a mile run around the block.

Failures:
Only managed 1 hour of Wii Fit.
Ate too many biscuits and had a take-away.
Realised I'm never going to go out and run around the block, huffing and puffing and looking very silly in the wet and cold.
No weight loss.

Plan of Action! for coming week:
Fit in another couple of hours of Wii Fit during the week (I know this isn't going to get me fit in it self but I'm concentrating on getting something going and an hour doing Wii Fit is an hour me not sitting on my arse eating crap)

With g/f's birthday, anniversary and Christmas coming up I need to buy presents. Therefore early Saturday or Sunday mornings till the end of the year will be given over to walking in to town, wondering around aimlessly trying to find presents for an hour or so and walking home defeated (which requires going up hill). This should work out to be a 2+ hour walk each week.

Continue not buying crap. No crap in the house means no crap in the house to eat.

Control biscuit intake. Limit now is two a day.

Buy a pedometer. (Rec-me-do?)

I believe you can get a list of noted perverts off the web now. It's the law.

As for exercise, this week:

Monday - Nothing
Tuesday - Nothing
Wednesday - Played footy
Thursday to Saturday - Nothing as I was ill
Sunday - 35 minutes of Wii Fit

Not really a great week for me. I seem to be too tired and stuff to exercise much. Boo-urns. Plus my proclivity to go outside will reduce due to it being dark and stuff.
