I think they could've chosen a different symbol. The odds of kids seeing a pumpkin on Halloween and thinking "Mmm, that's a nonce house, STAY AWAY!" are quite slim. Also, isn't it like a big target for paedo bashers?

Well done, I'm sure the children will now be safe from the yearly Child Rape Festival. You know, the one where millions of paedophiles every year take to the streets and constantly abuse every child they see.

Not only is this scheme a headline-grabbing, feel-good exercise which has more to do with attracting votes than protecting children, it's also incredibly badly-thought-out.

See I take this in completely the other direction...in that you print it out and stick it on your door...voila no pesky kids.
