Hello all, sorry for using up one of the few remaining threads!

I'm trying to remember the name of a rhyming story / poem book I read when I was in school - I read it when I was 10, so it would be about 2005 1990.

It was a humorous multipage poem about a boy who couldn't stop riding his bike. I think he knocked a lady over who turned out to be a witch who cursed him, or something like that. I remember there being a bit where he was on a boat and had to cycle around the boat until it docked.

I can't recall if it was only the one story in the book, or if it was with other stories/poems in the same book, but I think it was on its own, r at least a good chunk of the book.

Any help would be appreciated!

I was thinking it was by Roger McGough, but I can't find anything by him that fits the bill from the name alone.

Was it this one with the witch and curse?

Close, but I don't think so.
