My mom is at home on her own and wants to use my dads old laptop.. I say old, it's Windows 10 and not that old at all.

Is there anyway I could access it from her and take over her screen and install some things for her? She has pretty much zero experience with using a PC so the simpler the better.

TeamViewer is what I use. It’s quite straightforward as long as you can talk them through the install.

Another vote for Teamviewer here. Windows 10 has remote assist built in, but setting up a Teamviewer connection is simpler.

Windows Remote assistance is pretty good if installing is an issue.

I've used WRA to install Teamviewer before :)

Perfect... Thank you all. I'll have a look later and hopefully be able to help her out.

Very much appreciated.
