Giant worm wreaks havoc in Newquay.

Look at the fucking teeth on that.

(I used to get changed in the car park behind there to go surfing at GayBay if the rest of the coast was blown out.)

When I first saw that film, I missed the bit where Chang says they should be called 'Graboids'. Later on, Burt says 'We killed that motherhumper!', and then Val says 'Congratulations, be advised that there are two more, repeat two more motherhumpers', so to me, they've always been called 'motherhumpers'.

Agreed. At first I thought 'hey, a tremor is a seismic event' (though I'm sure some fucking geologist will correct me), and then raptured ever so slightly in nostalgia for a top film.
