So, I'm all caught up with Castle now. Finale thoughts:

Noooooooooooooooo Montgomery!
Noooooooooooooooo Beckett!
Noooooooooooooooo Castle has told Beckett he loves her, and the series will be ruined if they get it on. She better get amnesia or something.

But anyway, series 4 starts this month. I hope (as I have long hoped) that during some Beckettness in the first couple of episodes, we get some serious Ryan / Esposito time. I'd love to have a whole episode of just them. I thought that was going to happen during the episode where Beckett was taken off her mum's case, but it wasn't to be (although the water-boarding scene was epic, and involved a 'your mum' joke).

So yeah, Castle. Aceness.

Two weeks to go - there are some hints about future episodes if you watch the comic-con panel and there is a teaser trailer on youtube which is the first 90 seconds of the next episode.

You suck at liking Castle, Beex.

We love Castle. We're just not all 7 months behind like wot you are.

No we don't. I am still bitter about watching six episodes after the hype in this forum.

How can you be bitter when it is just pure awesome, especially when Castle has his Halloween party and gets out his 'Space Cowboy' costume, unless you are one of the wrong ones who doesn't appreciate the awesome of Firefly...at which point there is no hope for you

Happy to be a big wronger. Not into predictable and formulaic TV even if the leads have good chemistry and the female lead is hot (although I don't find her that hot). She reminds me of the Mekon (but less green).

Castle series 1 got off to a shaky start but got better as it went on. Series 2 made things a lot more solid and enjoyably fun. Series 3 was ace.

How many people had a geekgasm at the halloween episode of Castle (s2 I think) with Castle's outfit?

Really looking forward to series 4.

However I think Beckett is getting less hott, outfit wise. I didn't like the jackets and long hair look in s3.

So - my thoughts on ep one (spoilers within)

The psychologist was Worf!

I saw his name in the credits at the start and meant to look out for him but forgot to - i didn't twig he was the psychologist (thats probably because the last time we met he killed me with his batleth)

Superhero ep this week was quite good , and guess whats at the top of the NYT best sellers lists today
