The people who play(ed) in the mario kart compo might remember that i ran oud of friends there pretty soon, but i'm now on 85/100 on the xbox, so within a few months we will be full (as i suspect 80% is from here...

are there any unused ones we can delete (i remember CUS switching a few times?)

I had to do this recently as I hit the limit. I just removed anyone who hadn't logged into LIVE for the last three months, plus anyone I didn't recognise from here or had played with once (the ugvm guys, for example).
