Basically.
You're not putting the band back together in a "game" sense. The rules have changed since they were first posted.
So, there is a town, who play in a band. And there are two guys who lead the band and want to put it back together and there are some people who don't like the band and want to kill people to stop it. And we need to find out the guys who want to stop it.

In the first draft of the rules there was indeed going to be a Blues Brothers 2015 if the band got back together, which actually made the band the band guys.
