So... It's snowing in Australia, or Sweden or Blackburn or wherever Nickachu is now. Bit brisk here in Wirral, too.

A raging bushfire just over the hill had me feeling a little unsettled today. A few of the guys at work have houses very close to the fire-front.

And it's still only spring, so I'm worried what summer will bring as all signs point to a scorcher.

Fucking snow... An annoying enough amount to close the road and reduce progress on the others to 25 - 30mph for 23 miles. The only good snow is the kind that gets you a snow day, otherwise it's just irritating. I'm going to have to find my thermals too because Christ, my office is like an icebox at this time of year.

There was some dew this morning. First proper dew of the year around these parts.

"Really cold". The etymology of it, at least where I'm from, began with the phrase, "I'm chankin' my balls off here" but how the hell it got to that I couldn't tell you.
