So we've had the basic reveals for both the PS4 and the Xbox1 and both sides have said they will show more at E3 which is only 18 days away !

Nintendo in contrast have said they will not have any large scale presentation at E3

I'll update this post with streaming info when it becomes available but if you want to speculate about what you'll see then this is the place to do it - for Microsoft i'm guessing a smaller cut down Xbox360 , Halo 5 (for both systems?) new Gears (1 exclusive) - for PS4 i'm thinking Uncharted 4 and them showing off stuff for COD:Ghosts so people realise its actually going to be on both consoles

Yeah even better after Dorito's gate last year - I was reading the thread on Neogaf about it but their whole site has gone right now and its still 22 minutes until the Microsoft event !

And now i'm home and cant find a way to watch the damn thing - Xbox itself says 'it will be available later' , Xbox.com 'there is a problem try somewhere else' and the others are all now switched over to live streaming the EA event

So im going to go through the blog post stuff from ArsTechnica - but given that Microsoft is putting so much to this always on console I do think its ironic that their main site isnt stable enough to stream a video to people !

It was confirmed as having switched development to the PS3, if I recall correctly. Also, it'd be the one game that's have the journo's falling over themselves if you ask me.

EA Conference:

Star Wars Battlefront announced, no release date.

Mirror's Edge 2 announced, no release date.

Plants v Zombies: Garden Warfare, 4 player team class horde mode thing. Looks pretty fun. Coming to XBone first.

Peggle 2 coming out this year.

Battlefield 4, has huge maps, 64 players, all sorts of vehicles and indoor areas, collapsing sky scrapers.

Ubisoft won yesterday for me. The Crew, The Division and Watchdogs all look proper lovely.
Well worth catching them games in their stream, skip the rest as it's mostly shite about splinter 10 and Ass Crud 6.

Rubbish title ahead that just rolls off the tongue.

80 "Courses". Is that how people play Mario games these days, as some sort of speed run?

It's a Luigi game, silly! And anyway, weren't they called courses in Mario 64? And that's the best thing ever. And this looks really good. That piranha plant bit looks solid. So there!

I don't think they were called courses. "World 1-1" and so on wasn't it? Sub-check please...

Reminded me too much of Super Mario Bros Wii with its four players. And that wasn't great.

Well blow me, if this isn't only the best thing I've seen at E3.

Nintendo wins E3.

Really though, there's three games above that I'd utterly love to play. Bloody Nintendo just can't fill the voids between releases.

Nintendo is getting a lot of flak for it's E3 showing, but with Mario 3D, Luigi and Kart coming either side of xmas. I'm bloody tempted.

(Wind waker, makes me cracking inevitable anyhow)

I'm disappointed by Nintendo's showing they need to be releasing a game a month on the wiiu to drive the console sales.

The Division looks really good but looks similar to Watch_Dogs slightly.
Destiny I like the merging of the gameplay from single to co-op to full on MMO PvE

My PS4 preorder is in & I'll be buying with Watch_Dogs on release.

Nope - I do remember something about people wearing wristbands that said 'booth babe' and it was part of their uniform so they could not remove it.

I also heard a few people complaining that Nintendo's security system was still to physically attach their consoles to attractive female models.

** edit the Booth Babe wristband was Ubisoft **
