You should have seen me in my trouser suit this afternoon, Sam said I looked really smart, and I had matching underwear on (he didn't know that though).

Because the cool kids ride bikes all summer and then run in the winter when it's dark & the weather is shit so that they need to spend less time outside :P

Speaking of which, I'm considering the major satorial question of "Are arm warmers acceptable on an MTB?". I saw someone with them on today, so I might have to run them over to teach them a lesson.

If I hadn't been posting my progress on here (and buying a new running gadget every week or so), there is no chance I would have carried on past week one or two.

Because winter brings out my stupid side, clearly!

I'm doing the running on a treadmill in the gym, so the weather won't affect me. And at least when I'm on the treadmill I *have* to run and walk at a set pace, no slowing down because I'm tired. Which I was. Very.

Hopefully I'll stick at it. It's under 5 months now until I'm being bridesmaid alongside 4 mega skinny bridesmaids. I wish I could spike them all with lard.

14st 10lb today. Pretty sure that's the lowest I've been since about the age of 18. Reckon I can break 200lb by Christmas.

That's the plan. Get under 200lb, then soar right back over it again on a veritable ocean of cheese.

You have now made me think of THIS:

"Danny wants everything for Christmas.

But what he gets is a dinosaur, a very hungry dinosaur.

Danny's new dino eats up all of Christmas, but as we all know, what goes in must come out . . .

Danny is about to have the most EXPLOSIVE Christmas of his life!

There's poop, presents and prehistoric creatures in this festive feast!"

There's a "social services failure" headline waiting to happen.

I put on 2kb last week because I'd been eating crap and tomorrow night is likely to be the same. That stops right now.

I've had to cancel my gym membership due to lack of time. :(

I am so very tired, I just need to get a decent strech of sleep, looking at tomorrow night for that hopefully!
