Sometimes I like to search YouTube for Let's Plays on assorted games, trouble is that there's usually a lot of non-English language hits if you Sort By Date (for example). How can I search (by date) and restrict the hits to English only?

Don't search on YouTube itself, do an advanced Google video search for whatever you want and make sure the Language filter is set to English.
