Just a quickie, this week, as I'm picking games that can hold a lot of people in one room, but can work if only a few people manage to turn up. Purely because it makes my life a bit simpler, and I'm wanting a simple week. Behold the list!

Ridge Racer 6 [2 - 14 players, Retail]
Undertow [2 - 16 players, XBLA]
Halo Poo [2 - 16 players, Xbox 1 Retail]
Halo Wee [2 - 16 players, Retail]
Grand Theft Auto IV [2 - 16 players, Retail]

You may vote for FIVE games. I am being TEH GENRUSS. However, voting for a game will be a pledge to turn up. You don't have to use votes you don't want to. You can use your 5 pointer, and your 1 pointer, or whatever. Weight games as you wish.

I hope some of the more relative newcomers to Obscure Night and Bezzying in general will perhaps have one of these on the shelf or be tempted to pick one up, as the top four are all available for under a tenner these days. The top three less than a fiver. Doesn't matter if you're crap, it's all about the fun. And laughing at your crapness. :)

EXTRA ADDED VALUE SERVICE!!! PM me your email address and you can get a SUPER COOL email telling you what the game is when I close the poll on Friday!

Halo 2 - 4
Undertow - 1

I'm only voting for Undertow because I own it, and if everyone else is masochistic to do so, then I'll happily play it. :)

Hmm, well I have have GTAIV and Halo 3, but I play them like a proper girlie, so you'd probably be carrying me a lot, probably best if I don't vote in this one.

Do not be silly, Missy. Have you *SEEN* Dimrill playing games? Seriously, skill level is not a problem, especially in Halo and GTA4 where we can mix up the modes a bit and have some carnage fun. You don't have to win, to have fun!

Oh I'm not bothered about winning, just don't want to make it less fun for others!

Ok - Halo 3 5
GTA IV 4

(My driving is worse than my running around. I think.)

Ah, that you won't. It's not like we play completely seriously anyway, and if the worst comes to the worst you will provide me with some easy kills ;)

No! no! 16 people having naked men knife fights, or manly naked men fist fights on Happiness Island would be ultra great. I nearly died last night from laughing.

I was considerably more awesome at Naked man knife fights than anyone else. I also had to semi-nakedise myself because I was overheating from laughing too much.

Poll closes today, for anyone that hasn't voted, and wants to.

GTA4 is currently waaaaay out in front by a lead of 11.

Halo 3 is in second.

If the game is GTA4, which is looking likely, players are (at least)

Sheepeh
Curiosity Myoptika
Jasmine
Runcle
CUS
Markg
Dudley

(that's what I said. I should stop doing the counts when I'm sitting here at silly o'clock and a little bit tipsy.)

I WUB j00, MYOPTIKA.

*hugs*

(post edited to reflect Myp's playing status, and Curio's lack of playing. I blame the pixies.)

(Apart from learn how to control a car ingame of course...)

The main thing you need to do is kill Dimrill, so that you can remove all your clothes*.

Don't think so. It might do you good to learn the different modes of game, but we'll explain as we go.

The first few will probably be races and deathmatches, so people get a feel for the controls again.

After that, if anyone has any suggestions, it's open.

I'll have to duck out again, I'm afraid. I was supposed to pick up my copy from the guy I lent it to this evening, but now can't.
