Morning greets a very empty Starship Enterprise.

There's a dead person on the ground.

It's Bobbyaro.

He's been shot in the head. there are wires everywhere... but only because he was training to become an engineer.

Bobbyaro was a Civilian.

...

...

"Let us finish this charade" says Slightly Green, the Borg Queen.

"Not on my watch" replies Joans, aka Commander Riker

Unfortunately, that's all he says, as Malc, the Romulan Goon who just became a Borg Drone shoots him in the back of the head.

There are only Borg left.

The Borg have won.

Congrats to Slightly Green, DavPaz, gospvg, Craster, and Malc.

AWARDS!

MVP - Slightly Green. As Borg Queen, despite some mis-steps (attempting to recruit Q on Night One, and Rike later on), managed to stay under the Romulan Radar for the entire game, and was given nary a shred of attention from Starfleet or the Civilians. Though, in fairness, the majority of the Dead thread had you pegged.

Honourable Mention - Joans, as Riker, did some good work. Apart from sending Worf to kill two good guys. Oops.

Least deserving of a win, but still won Award - Malc. Failed miserably to kill the Borg Queen and got lucky that he was recruited on the final night.

We hardly knew ye Award - Captain Alarm Luc Picard

Feel free to discuss anything in here pertaining to the game.

Amazing?! Why did Malc kill Bobby?!

I can't believe we were so unlucky as to have hit the only two unrecruitable people in the game - and then still won!

Valid point. That was the only way for him to win.

Towards the end some blatant roleclaiming should have ensued in a vain effort to coordinate and/or finally pin down who to vote for before it was too late.

I choose to believe that Malc was aiming at the Queen, especially since Pete sent me the same order earlier in the day, and Malc sent an "Oh crap" PM to me after I extended the night phase.

Especially as otherwise would, strictly speaking, be playing against the win condition (though I'd allow it for sheer sneak value).

I think we'd established that Pete and Malc were on the same side, so if we'd voted for the queen it would have been a Romulan win.
Lynching the Vision messed it up (and it had nothing to do with me abusing my position of power).

Yeah, I was following the dying wish of my glorious leader.

I wish I could have given the game a bit more time, I really was as clueless as I was making out, also, I think that maybe I only lied once or twice in the whole game.

Also, being borged is surely a loss for anyone it happened to.

IE The borg won, but I don't think being borg is a win.

You should go back at check out your 'List of Suspicious People', which you wrote and then ignored all game.

At one point the top three people on it were the entire Borg team, with the Queen as the 'most suss'.

Then you ignored it.

Oh yeah, page 3 of day 1, I posted a reply to my

Quote:
Mostly random I guess, you and Russ were on 2 votes, although I think you did say something just before then, I don't think it was anything major (I think it was actually something someone said about you) I'd have to go back and check...

But, then it disappeared, I wondered at the time if there was a hacker in the game that could edit posts, so didn't say anything in the main game thread in case others hadn't noticed.

So, wtf happened there then?

Malc

Thanks to Curio for running the fab game, and a massive apology to everyone who took part from me. I honestly wasn't intending to be so absent during the game unfortunately my brothers house renovation has turned into a total nightmare and i have been stuck working in a derelict house for the duration of the game :( It was most uncool that the borg queen didn't take a more active role so for that i'm sorry

Image

Also i should not get MVP for the simple reason that i not only managed to blem it up by going for Q on night one i went for the bearded wonder later in the game, with also managing to dodge ever hitting any starfleet officers or romulans until the final night, woo me ;p Also as has been pointed out by Bobby, i probably should have been mod killed with the amount i could get online

I was pretty shocked when day six started and i not only lost craster to the romulan killing machine but gospvg also as he used to be a red shirt and was killed during an away mission....bah

But other than the very lacklustre performance from me i would like to say it was a very enjoyable game and well played by everyone appart from Mr Dom, who is a useless hippy Q....bastard ruined my 1st night gah!

Going for Joans was my fault. I was convinced he was Troi.
