The Bladerunner video game.

"Hey Mike, it's called Deus Ex: Hum...." fuck off :)

The Westwood game, pointy clicky thingummy - never see it on budget, not on Stardock, not on GOG, not on Pirate Bay or demonoid or anywhere. Most odd.

What are the things you might have expected to be downloadable *somewhere* but aren't?

/edit Ah. Apparently searching for Blade Runner makes the difference.

Is this a clumsily disguised way of asking if anyone can send you said game?

That game's also on the Mega Drive too under a slightly different name: Dune II - The Battle for Arrakis. I loved the speech on that. Might be easier to get up and running as a ROM than using the PC version.

Not that it's the game he's after anyway. ;)

Obscure dance music stuff, go off the radar for chart stuff and the likelihood of you ever finding stuff dwindles to zero. Someday we'd love to find either this or this available for torrenting. I have the UK version of the former (adds KT Tunstall among other guests) and the second part of the other.

I don't know which version this is, but it's there.

It's fairly imposable to find any SNL episodes online, same as Ellen, you can't even find her much on youtube.

Don't really care about SNL itself, just the WW stuff they showed on BBC2 in the 90s

I don't know if you already have an account there, but I can send you an invite to Pro Wrestling Torrents if you like.

The only torrents I'm actively looking for are rips of the three bonus discs for the Star Wars Blu-rays. Like fuck am I ever handing over money for that.

I know it's not actually out yet, but if someone should happen to find it, please let me know.

I found them on xtreme wrestling torrents which is simply phenomenal. I have a stupidly good ratio and then failed to log in for a month and my account was auto canned. They opened up reg today, don't know if it still is though. I'll post in the wrestling thread when I get invites back.

Not really. There's loads of SNL episodes. You've just gotta download the whole thing.

Yeah thats the one and on Mediafire too. I much prefer those sort of sites to torrents as whenever I've used them they usually stick around 85% with no one torrenting and your download rate drops to nothing.

Whereabouts are you?
I've got several years worth of the comics from issue 1 onwards and *might* be able to assist in such a project.
A complete set of Scream, too, but that's easier to find online anyway.

Fleet, nearish to Reading and Basingstoke. I do have a few scans from very kind people on the 2000 AD forum, but it would be handy to be able to read through some of the stories (or at least have someone tell me roughly what happens) so that the article I intend to write isn't made up bollocks. (The idea is to mash together some scans of the comic with game screen grabs, explaining how a game was adapted, and then have an interview I did with Alan Grant alongside.)

Whatever you might be able to do to assist would be very much appreciated.

Ah, I'm up in Bromsgrove in the West Mids, so not particularly close to hand.
I might try a couple of issues on the flatbed scanner at work and see how they come out.
It would be a hell of a lot quicker with a digital camera on a tripod with a remote shutter release so you could run through them that way....

Snoops starring Gina Gershon. Supposedly quite a fun action comedy series. Trailer for it looked good. Never found a torrent for it though.

The box are bastards though, had huge upload ratio and whatever gold donate stars they have, moved house and they auto canned my account because I had no internet for a long time. I went on IRC to ask if I could get it back, they said no, I said could I get an invite then, they said no. Then when I tried to re-register they auto banned my IP fot the rest of time because my e-mail was still on file. At his point I said "fuck you then".

That's pretty much what happened to me.

I hate sites with ratio quotas. That's one of the reasons I jumped ship to usenet

I only really use xtreamwresting because they put all the yearly and PPV packs as free leech so that everyone joining the site will use them instead of 52 individual shows, it's a good system that works well as they always have seeds. You can then use the free upload credit from them to download random stuff/the latest shows.
