I hate saying this, but big thanks to Myp for whipping up the enthusiasm on here to make this happen, it was really good... and thank you to everyone else for rising to the occasion, whether you arrived Friday lunchtime or Saturday evening you guys were really fantastic company when awake. Will happily have any number of you round mine again in future, even Zardoz... perhaps we can shoot for double figures in my living room next time

PS. Sunday's cakes were very welcome thank you, as were Saturday's donuts (meringues?) come to mention it.

I am home! My apologies for arriving so hopelessly late. It is because of google maps changing the letter of the thingy without telling me, so I was looking for the wrong place entirely. Arses.

That was fun! A pity I didn't get there sooner - everyone was lovely, especially the people who bought me drinks, listened to whatever gibberish I was spouting after the third pint, and didn't mind when I fell on them and drunkenly babbled about my coat. Hurrah!

Thanks to Ms. Chef for the tasty cakes and calling me a woman, to Jasmine for showing me around and being lovely, to myp for organising it all and then starring in some excellent videos, and to Bik for being particularly lovely and excellent above and beyond the call of duty. And of course to Amy for not running screaming into the street when she met you all.

They were all lovely, especially when I kind of stumbled into the pub going "uh, are you off the internet? I'm looking for someone whose name might be this" and then hung around looking confused for an hour til you actually arrived.

This was confirmed by me running out of the pub, shouting "OI WALSH" and the guy turning around. If that's not 100% fact, then I don't know what is*. I once saw John Thompson (from Cold Feet) a couple of minutes away from the Sailsbury, so it's obviously the area to be if you're a minor celeb.

I don't remember leaving. I imagine it was like 10ish? I also don't remember this. I would have expected to remember such a historic event as "myp falling asleep again".,

Oh my god, you absolute swine. I've just been laughing my arse off for minutes at that, I'm going to wake the folks up and there'll be moaning if I look at that again. There are some terrific pictures in there, too.

Emo Corner is my favourite. I think Nick might even look older than Malibu Stacey Malabar!

For some reason, because they know each other in the real world, I'd always just subonsciously assumed that Craster and Mrrr Chrrr looked identical.

When I first tried to take it, I's left it on video mode, so I have a clip about a second long of Nick waving his hand camply.

Well that was a most excellent evening. What a genuinely lovely bunch of people you all are. Special thanks to 118 118 for his hospitality, and also to the world's most patient (terrified) taxi driver for getting us all home.

I must say, I'm impressed by my ability to not be any of the photos. I know I'm no Zardoz, or even a Nickachu, but being in no pictures must be worth a cheevo, no?
