I had a look at the Khan menu last night, why is it more expensive to buy the meat bit and a starter with coffee together than seperatly?

It must be including the rice and noodles and stuff as well then surely? I couldn't manage a starter anyway, as much as I'd like too (they sound great) so I'll just be going with the main course.
