Or an ice scraper, so handy for these chilly mornings

I dunno, a tank or something?
Maybe Droid Army Transport from Episode One?
I had a toy of one of those when I was little. It's a troop transport or something. It made noises and spoke when you pressed buttons and was pretty cool if I remember.

Day 15 and 16 might be delayed until late Sunday. Please try to cope during this difficult time.

I think that is the most iconic star wars item yet, who can forget that!

A death trooper and a rathtar (yes, I looked it up). Possibly not to scale.
I watched the Lego Brickumentary on TV last night, it was a fun watch and I felt super happy for that nerdy awkward guy when he had his design for the Mars Rover selected as one of the special 'Ideas' kits.

It all seemed quite positive and the people involved were clearly having a nice fun time, it was a good Sunday evening bit of telly.

Oh, hey, it's this red guy.
Snoke's Guard?
Aren't they flatter headed?
It is, of course, a Guavian Death Gang Soldier. So it says here.

12 bags of fun in there for me and the boy... Once the kids finally behave well enough for a day and we have time to do some after I finish work... So this could take months, given their current form
Your boy has my hair goals, dammit.

Er, one of the AT-ATs/Heavy Walkers.

Both the boys have lovely, thick hair. Meanwhile their sister has fine, thin hair that gets awfully tangled and I'm pretty much bald on top. Bah :(

12 bags of fun, right there. The boy is asking the Magic 8-ball "Who's the idiot now?". He still doesn't quite get how the 8 ball works, and he can't read the responses anyway.

We managed to get one bag done with the kids before bed time, then I snuck another bag through after they'd gone to sleep. I really wanted to do more but I promised the kids we'd be doing it together. Getting the second bag done was important as it connects the two cylindrical pieces up much more securely.

There are some clever building techniques in there.

A ship of some sort.
I recognise that one! There's a scene where those wings fold down, I'm sure of it.
Shuttle innit?
Transporter from Rogue One I believe

I bought this over a year ago, but only found the time to build it yesterday.
Millennium Frickin Falcon, baby!!
Noice

It's a thing of beauty and so damn large.

Jesus Christ! We’ve got one of those sat on a display case in work — it’s bloody massive. You’re gonna have a blast putting that together!
I took this photo in Florida last year. It is indeed hoooooooge!

That looks like many hours of work/fun!
I cannot wait. Today has been taken up with family, cooking, eating, washing up, more family... So tomorrow I'll open it all up properly! Only flicked though the instructions up until now - 1379 steps! So excited!
Got my lad this. Will build it later for him.
That was a fun build.
I'm about 9-10hrs in and almost done with bag set 6 of 17... The main shape is almost there now!
That is awesome
That’s two people I know building that set this year. Have you got somewhere planned to store it?

As part of his research* Mr. flis bought a bracket to mount it on, so it will be 'in flight' fixed to the wall I think.

*He watched YouTube videos of it being built, various mounting and storage videos/instructions, and also somehow managed to keep a massive box hidden from me.
