I lied, you've all been given the role you suggested, so good luck :D Any questions give me a shout, but I suspect you will know more about your own role than I do...

Night power (if any) : knows who the first person to target him/her overnight is
Allegiance : Neutral

Night power (if any) : Can detect.
Allegiance : Town

Character Name - Solaire of Astora
Short description - Solaire of Astora is a Knight of Sunlight who will help the town. He is a cheerful and powerful knight who does not let the crumbling world affect his mood. He is searching for his own sun.
Night power (if any) - Each night Solaire can invade another player's world. Solaire can choose which player character to invade each night. The chosen player MUST say "Praise the sun" in one of his first THREE posts the following day.

Name : The Justice Droid
Short description : You are a futuristic robot, indistinguishable from being a human in almost all ways.
Night power (if any) :You can use your JUSTICE FIELD each night to cause anyone's night action to happen to themselves. Anyone doing good things will benefit from their actions, and anyone naughty will have their naughty deed turned back on them.

Character Name: Billy the Blackmailer
Short description: Works for the Mafia. He's employed to dig up dirt on anyone he can and use that to the Mafia's advantage.
Night power (if any): Blackmail. Billy picks another player to target that night. Billy digs up enough dirt on that player that, as far as any other power roles are concerned, that player is considered "bad" for that night.

Name: The White Knight
Night Power: Every night, the White Knight will bravely protect a poor innocent with his awesome powers. This muffling cloying protection will nullify any night actions that the other player has or is being targeted by.

Short description : "Doctor , no real friends , obsessed with the fact that the human body is simply a complex, organic machine, which could be "restarted" if it ever stopped - conducted experiments with humans who other people or he himself have taken from their graves
Night power (if any) - take a dead body and inject it with serum , the serum brings the person back from the dead for a single day , they appear 'normal-ish' but may have mood swings and be a little more violent than they were before

Character Name : The One who Knocks
Short description : A paranoid drug manufacture, that wants to kill all perceived rivals
Night power (if any) : Kill in an interesting way…

Character Name : Madame Palm
Short description: Madame Palm is a clairvoyant, who hears strange voices sometimes
Night power (if any): None
Allegiance : Mafia

Character Name - Frank Farmer
Role - Elite Bodyguard
Night action: A Bodyguard is a role who can target a player at Night to protect them. However, if the protected player is supposed to be killed, the Bodyguard is killed instead ("taking the bullet" for them, as it were). The Elite Bodyguard will also kill the person who performed the kill.

Character Name: Curtain twitcher
Short description: nosey town member
Night power (if any): Can peek through one player's curtains per night phase to see if they're sleeping soundly or absent due to having a night action
Allegiance : Town

Name: NightCunt.
Short description: Once a travelling hairbrush salesman, NightCunt had an unfortunate encounter under a full moon where he was bitten by Piers Morgan, and became....NightCunt. By day a thoroughly lovely chap, committed to helping his fellow man, by night, well, a bit of a cunt. He'll give passers-by deliberately inaccurate directions, replace a pram wheel with a potato, that sort of thing.
Night action: NightCunt is committed to being really annoying, and as such can redirect any player's night ability onto another target of his own choosing, just to annoy them. He doesn't find out what that ability was or even if the player actually had an ability (except from the results, obv)

Hello :)

I'll have a proper read of these when I get back home. I'm not sure if it is supposed tobe obvious who our roles are yet. I didn't relise that we were going to have it displayed which allegience each role/character held but i think we might be able to work some out.

Yeah, I was toying with not showing the allegiances, but considering how batshit crazy the game is likely to be and needing to show the night actions so that people have a chance of being able to work out what is going on, as there isn't a theme to hang onto and everyone had the option of creating a night action, I figured that info was necessary to try and make the game as fair (and fun) as possible, as it wouldn't be obvious from the role or power what side someone was on.

It does restrict your roleplaying ability though, assuming you choose to roleplay the character you have ;)
