Not to worry Runcle. BTW good playing yesterday. I was about to role-reveal myself just before you did.

Hey, with that modkill, doesn't Malc have to argue against GJ's lynch now?

This is amusing, we now need 4 votes for the bugger to kick in, but that's also the lynch value.

Malc's free to switch.

No, 3/7 is still not 50%.

Yes, but as long as both Lacesensor and Sheepeh aren't both cult, only one of them needs to join the lynch mob to off GJ.

Ah, I thought it was 50% of the votes needed for a lynch... not 50% of the votes. My mistake.

This game can still, feasibly, end in many, many different ways. There's actually even a chance that Gazchap can win...

Indeed, I've known for some time Gaz was almost certainly SK but I can't say why just yet. I'd have campaigned for offing him the day after the mafia got me.

I hope this night goes quick. I assume Jasmine was the crap, idle one who failed to get her requests in speedily?

Overly idle people should really be encouraged to NOT PLAY. Sheepeh has been fecking useless this time round too.

Yeah I've been disappointed with his level of involvement. I know he's had problems with no computer access, and now... well, I don't think he'll be contributing much due to events yesterday.

Quite frustrating.

It upsets me that people would let 'events yesterday' put them off posting here at all. Just because one loon spazzes over a thread or two, doesn't suddenly make the rest of the forum unviable.

GazChap - SK
Joans - Town?
Zardoz - ?
Lace - ?

I assume there is one Mafia left - two would mean automatic game winning?

Therefore, if Gazchap isn't lynched, and the town kill the remaining Mafia, Gazchap wins. Or is my logic wrong?

The best bit is, with my maths, if they lynch gazchap, they lose. I make it 2 mafia, 1 townie and Gaz.

Seems fine, assuming 1 mafia (Let's call him Zardoz).

Lynch Zardoz, he kills Lace.

No lynch the next day, Gaz kills joans.

If that's the split then I can't see any possible scenario other than a Mafia win, unless they vote to lynch themselves.

Assuming its two mafia to one townie, the town can't win, nor can the SK. The mafia won't vote to lynch themselves, so it'll either deadlock and they'll hit Gaz overnight, leaving 1 goon and one townie who will then die the next night.

The only instance where this won't happen is if there's a mafia roleblocker who can't kill, and gaz kills the remaining 'hit' goon, which would leave 1 mafia, 1 town, and the SK. Mafia and town vote to kill SK, resulting in a mafia/town stalemate.

How dull.

If there's one mafia and one town left, surely wouldn't the mafia just off the townie the next night?

Gaz would fail to hit the goon as he'd be roleblocked, surely?

Not if the remainer is the roleblocker.

Good point made by Curio though, in which case it's an automatic mafia win. roleblocker blocks SK, kills him, then kills townie. If they're just two regular goons, same deal, mafia win.

If for some reason there aren't two mafia but in fact there's two townies left, then the SK could kill one before being got by the last mafia - mafia win. The town could vote to kill the SK, but the goon would then take out the rest. The town could vote to kill the last goon, but then the SK would win.

No way for a town win here, afaik.

Ha! Keep your clues - the death of Malc was the best I've read yet. Malcum powder in there, too (plus a good, equally witty, rejoinder from Malc, before it sounds like I'm just enjoying his virtual death). Giggles.

BTW - congrats to Gazchap - reading the first page of today has had me laughing out loud a number of times - if ever there was an SK who deserved to win it was him.
