Craster, stop being a massive belm merchant. The Swiss are the Town and are allied with the Peacables.

They are the 'We', the 'Town' and the 'Good Guys'. They are the largest faction and have no kill role other than the vote.

Which part of that is so hard to understand?


ALSO!

I think the IED action is very, very weak. It can only be used once, and gets nullified if you're targeted by anything other than a kill action. Given that the entire point of it is to stop you being targeted, having most of the targeting actions foil it seems counter-intuitive.

Oh well, it just prevented me from going 3-0 on the Warmongerers, having spotted Lacey/Alberto as a team and then priming myself to blow up as I knew the Yanks would be after me overnight.

The IED was only intended to give you another day of respite, and as something that could be used to draw out the attackers the next day, it was supposed to have a weakness to it, it was just an unfortunate/fortunate turn of events last night that led to that weakness being exposed.

(plus you were already fucked for other reasons too, which will become clear in time :D)

Who says they're the largest faction? The peacables could easily consist of 2 people.

In terms of good vs evil, it was basically Dutch/German/Swiss vs Afghan/Lybian/US/British, with the evils also fighting amongst themselves.

So I would say that there is a good side to claim to be on, but whether that is a majority or not is yet to be seen.

Well, no - you always claim to be on the side that is the ignorant majority - because they have the lynch and you want to persuade people to lynch your enemies. In this game you've got no idea who has the majority.

If you roleclaimed as Swiss, and people believed you, you'd be safe.

If you roleclaimed as a Warmongerererererer or an Infidel, you'd be instantly lynched.

If you roleclaimed as a Non-Swiss Peacabubble, you'd not get lynched. You'd get killed overnight.

The Swiss can only win by removing all the warmongers and infidels from the game. That makes them a threat. A threat without a kill role and who have to try and rely on the lynch (or the other two factions), but still a threat.

But the win condition of the americans/british and the afghans is to take each other out. They are hardly likely to band together with the Libyans and take out the swiss in a majority lynch, as that just exposes them even more.

Oh, i'm thinking once the spy gets taken out of the game, I should post the spy ruleset for everyone to see, as I dont want to be too unfair to them and leave them completely in the dark over what the spy could have been doing to them. It feels wrong in a game based on logic, to leave things completely and questionable like that for the remaining players.
What do you guys think?

Agreed. When the spy dies just have him have a dossier with his 'mission' or something on his corpse.
