I've used one. I had it for our honeymoon in Las Vegas and used it again the following year.

It's a Fair-FX card and it's very simple to do. I think someone on here recommended them? Possibly? I can't quite remember now.

You basically sign up on their website, load the card with at least £10 or £20 and they'll send you a card with a PIN. You can log in online to check your balance and it seemed to update immediately with payments etc.

I have a fair fx for travel.

I meant for in teh UK, it is time to put a brake on my spending, so I thought this would be a good idea.

I have one from Orange, which is perfectly fine and I mostly just use for Amazon etc.
