I want to be able to read folks' tweets. Does anybody know of a site that actually works for this? 'cause I can't figure the fucking thing out.

I used to use mobile.twitter.com, which worked just fine without Javascript until they discontinued the site. I could go to http://mobile.twitter.com/rayhardgrit (for a bad example) and see the tweets for RayHardgrit in a simple html page that didn't take years to load, or have any shitty automatic updatey thing. I could click next page/prev page, and everybody was happy. Not there is no more happiness.

The regular twitter thing doesn't work for me. With Javascript on, the page never does whatever update thing it's supposed to do and so the spinny thing never disappears. There's no non-Javascript fallback site. You'd think it would be as easy as finding a different tweet-showing place that had an address like actuallyworkingtwitter.com/tweets/username, but I can't find one!

Gotta be a website, but it can't use Javascript or cookies (basically, it's gotta work in something like Lynx) and I don't want to sign in. (I don't have an account anyway.) This rules out Easy Chirp, Seesmic, PeopleBrowsr, TwitIQ, Splitweet, Tweettabs, monitter and tweetree.

What do I do!?
